In 1988, I graduated from High School. Thereafter, I attended the State University of Haiti for two years, when I received a scholarship to attend the People's Friendship University of Russia. By September 1990, upon learning the basic Russian Language, I attended classes there. I chose economic studies and major in Finance,  Accounting and Statistics. Upon graduation, I Received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.

In September 1995, following my undergraduate studies, I was admitted in  their program for a Master Degree. However, shortly I was interrupted by the needs of returning to my home country. Shortly after my arrival in haiti, I accepted a position at the Ministry of Finances as a consultant for economic affairs at the National Budget Office. In mars 1998, I had to attend a stage at the International Institute of Public Administration (IIAP) of France.

 

 

 

 

 

Association des Anciens Boursiers Haitiens de Russie et  de LEx-URSS (ASSABHRUS) has been created on April 26, 1997 at the book store "LIVRES SANS FRONTIERES" and has been engaged in educational consultancy for guiding students and parents in seeking admission in Peoples Friendship University of Russia (PFUR), recognized by Ministry of Education of Haiti.

ASSABHRUS is an association to help Haitian students to further their education at the Peoples Friendship University of Russia in Moscow and also to propagate and promote the University.   ASSABHRUS also acts as a guiding force to prospective students.

Experienced professionals having worldwide exposure and contacts for over 7 years manage ASSABHRUS.

From our inception we have assisted several students for admission in Peoples Friendship University of Russia. These prospective Doctors and Engineers are successfully completing their education. We are thankful to their parents and guardians of this region for their trust and confidence best owed on us. We promise to strive hard for providing guidance and support to the students aspiring quality education in Haiti and abroad.
